Enabling Spam
Blocking/FilteringSpam filtering/blocking within Digital Link
can only be done from within the
Digital Link
webmail system. The SPAM folder used as part of the filtering
process is also accessible from the webmail system.
Directions to add Spam
filtering or Blocking:
1.) Log into
http://webmail.digital-link.net using the email account you wish to
filter.
2.) From the Options section
of the webmail page choose Preferences.

3.) From the top of the
Preferences page click "Spam Filtering Options"

4.) Choose "Sign up for Spam
Filtering" or "Sign up for Spam Blocking" based on the descriptions
above.

5.) Confirmation screen with
your selection is now shown.
Note:(It can take up to 1
hour for the Spam System to enable your mailbox)

6.) If Filtering was chosen,
the next time you receive an email tagged for filtering, a SPAM mailbox
will be created under your account automatically.

Directions to remove
Spam filtering or Blocking:
1.) Log into

remove the filter.
2.) From the Options section
of the webmail page choose Preferences.

Preferences page click "Spam Filtering Options"

4.) Choose "Remove Spam
Filtering" or "Remove Spam Blocking"

5.) Confirmation screen with
your removal is now shown.
Note:(It can take up to 1
hour for the Spam System to disable filtering/blocking on your mailbox)
